You are 'Latin'. Even among obsolete skills, thetongue of the ancient Romans is a realanachronism. With its profusion of differentcases and conjugations, Latin is more than alanguage; it is a whole different way ofthinking about things. You are very classy, meaning that you value theclassics. You value old things, good thingswhich have stood the test of time. You valuethings which have been proven worthy andvaluable, even if no one else these days seesthem that way. Your life is touched by acertain 'pietas', or piety; perhaps you areeven a Stoic. Nonetheless, you have a certainfascination with the grotesque and the profane. Also, the modern world rejects you like a badtransplant. Your problem is that Latin hasbeen obsolete for a long time. What obsolete skill are you?brought to you byI've always wanted to be an obselete skill, and an obselete language is even better! Woo hoo! Well the pope is dead...I've been watching the news since last night and I'm not exactly sure why...It's not like I'm Catholic. Maybe I was in another life....uh sure... April has come upon us, how exciting! I will be moving in less than two months which is really cool, but kind of unnerving at the same time. I'm just looking at this bedroom and thinking ..I don't think so! April's a good month though, I was born in it, my mother was born in it, as well as countless others, so yeah it's all good. I ventured up to Wisconsin for Easter, we had a blast as always. Amyjill introduced me to the world of beading, and I'm now hooked. We went out and bought my own beads, and now I'm making bracelets, necklaces and bookmarks every chance I get. I have found a hobby! I also experienced my first Brat (that's as in bratwurst, not annoying child) fry. We worked from 8:30-5:30 on Saturday, and I took money for most of that time. It brought back all the fine memories from my Burger King days. I felt like I was running the counter again, I almost asked if they would like to "Go Large" with their meals. The trip was a good time, between the recorder duets at the Qwik Trip and the countless Dutch Blitz and Domino games...oh yeah, those were good times. I think I shall take a nap, I'm sleepy and I have nothing else to do at the moment, well at least nothing I absolutely have to do. Sweet dreams to me! Add a comment posted by Tracy 15:00
