Well my friends, Tracy has her car back. Actually, I got it back on Wednesday, but I'm just now getting around to the announcement. It's beautiful, and I'm very happy. The only issue now is the airbag indicator light...but we'll get that fixed on Monday. All I care about right now is the fact that I'm no longer imprisoned here. I'm even over the fact that I had to scrape up $500 to hand over the deductible. Actually I had to scrape up $800 so I could pay the body shop, my insurance company and the DMV so my car is legal...thank God for salary advances. It's making things a little tight for the next few weeks, but we'll make it work. I'm supposedly getting the deductible back once the subbregation goes through. Hopefully that will happen soon...

I've found another perk to working for military people. When a former president dies, they get the National Day of Mourning off. So I only had to work for three hours today, so they could get some outside work done. Pretty cool!

Next week at this time I will be on the road, probably just past St. Louis on my way to good 'ole BG! I'm so excited! I just want to get back to Ohio and see my friends and family. Who would have ever thought I would miss it so much?

A spider just tried to attack me! I'm not kidding, I was in the bathroom, and I was watching this spider (a nice big one by the way)...He was just kind of creeping out of the corner. I walked to the other side of the bathroom, and this thing started chasing me. I had to practically leap out of the bathroom to get away from him. What was HIS problem! I wasn't even thinking of killing him. He was sprinting towards me too...I didn't know they could move that fast. Some spiders!

Well I'm still a carless individual. I was supposed to get it back today, but they found more to fix so it will probably be Monday now....how irritating. BUT I would rather it be fixed correctly than rushed and have big problems. I'm just sick of being stuck here.

I think I've come down with a cold...I guess that's what happens when you're a good little insomniac all week, and then you spend the week with a two year old with a runny nose. Maybe I should go to bed....
