I expected this outcome! And it wasn't just because Kay got the same thing either!
So I survived the stealing of my wisdom. There are now three large holes in the back of my mouth, and they're rather sore. It really wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, but I'm really happy that it's over. A good good thing! I don't remember much from this morning, except that the gas stuff was pretty cool. I didn't think it was affecting me at all and then suddenly I couldn't feel my fingers anymore. And I felt even spacier than I normally did...go figure! Then I heard them calling my name so I would wake up. I don't remember how I got from the chair to the next room where they let me lay down, nor do I really remember how I got to the car and then onto the couch in my parents house, but I got there.
I also have wonderful friends, who came over and stayed with me most of the afternoon after my dad went to work. Mike brought me milkshakes . Jamie brought a CD burner, lots of hugs, and Mtn. Dew. Brandi and Jennifer brought joy. Talking to Kay brought more joy, I feel so loved. Amanda tried to clean my room, which deserves a medal or something. I was well taken care of! They're so awesome! Now I have a couple of days to rest and recover and then it's back to the grind of work and school. But Novermber is coming, I'm going to Minneapolis soon!!!!!
So thanks to everyone who thought about me or prayed for me this morning! I really appreciate it! They worked! I survived and I survived rather well! This is a good thing!!!
